Corporate Executive Chef Kazuya Matsuoka along with Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero and Head Sushi Chef Kazuki Uchigoshi bring Aburi Cuisine to Toronto, combining traditional Japanese flavours and techniques with local elements to create a truly unique dining experience.
