Dragon Boat Race Festival

One of the most exciting summer events in Toronto returns

Over a hundred teams from around the world will race across the water.

Along with a thrilling display of speed, there will be live performances, delicious food, and family-friendly activities all weekend long.

How to get there

The Dragon Boat Race Festival is held on Centre Island right by Centreville Amusement Park. Get there by ferry or by taking one of the many harbourfront water taxis.

Ferries

Ferries to Centre Island depart from the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal at 9 Queens Quay West. Buy tickets online or at the terminal. It’s important to check the ferry schedule ahead of time and note down the departure schedule.
