The City of Toronto is expected to engage in a pilot for hop-on, hop-off electric scooters in Toronto as with those are found in other cities around the world. The ease and convenience of the scooters would be a tremendous benefit for tourists and Toronto citizens visiting the waterfront, but a number of safety, distribution and parking concerns should be addressed and clarified in advance.
