We opened our first location in Commerce Court in 2005 with the goal of offering customers food that is both delicious and good for you. By offering a healthier and more wholesome alternative to the usual fast food offerings, our goal has always been to make you feel good about what you put in your body without having to sacrifice flavour. Whether it be our famous sandwiches, salads or quinoa bowls, we prepare and make most things from scratch, and have partnered with farmers and purveyors who care about their products as much as we do.
