Your running Tribe is here. Join Tribe weekly for their three free run groups accessible to all levels and paces.

New runners are invited to join on Tuesday evening at 7pm for their free Learn-To-Run clinic. This series uses walk-run progressions to get all runners to the distance of 5km. No run experience is necessary.

If 5km is more your thing, join on Wednesday at 7pm for their 5km crew run. Established in 2013, they’ve been running the downtown core every Wednesday since. All paces welcome.

They’re in it for the long run too. Join them for their 10km #bRUNch run every Saturday at 9am. Optional brunch will take place at different locations throughout the downtown. All paces welcome.
