CONSTRUCTION NOTICE 2: YORK QUAY REVITALIZATION UNDERGROUND GARAGE

NOTICE FROM ELLISDON
<br /><br />
Please note that the following construction activities are scheduled to
commence on Monday February 7, 2011 with working hours between 7:00 AM and
7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Saturdays may be worked(9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) if
necessary but are not anticipated at this time.
<br /><br />

· Excavation works consisting of construction of the
temporary access road and various site clearing activities such as removal
of the earth berms adjacent to Queen's Quay Boulevard. Use of hydraulic
jack hammers may be utilized for some of this work due to frost.
<br /><br />
· One week later, on February 14, 2011 shoring installation
will commence. Just a reminder that the shoring for this work does not
involve pile driving and thus will not be as loud.
<br /><br />
We do wish to apologize for not providing more notice for the excavation
works.
<br /><br />
Please advise your residents and tenants about this planned activity AS
