Subject: CONSTRUCTION NOTICE 7: YORK QUAY REVITALIZATION UNDERGROUND GARAGE

Please note that the following construction activities are scheduled to commence Monday March 14 and Tuesday March 15, 2011.

. Please note that due to an unforeseen logistical issue in our sequence of construction, selected trucks have needed to exit using the Brookfield lane as opposed to our temporary Road. This activity may potentially continue tomorrow morning as well. We realize that trucks leaving via Brookfields property may track some dirt and therefore have been keeping on top of the issue by sweeping the roads.

We do wish to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do our best to keep the road clean.

Please advise your residents and tenants about this planned activity AS APPROPRIATE. For more information about the project, please visit www.waterfrontoronto.ca or www.harbourfrontcentre.ca.
