CONSTRUCTION NOTICE 8: YORK QUAY REVITALIZATION UNDERGROUND GARAGE

Please note that the following construction activities are scheduled to commence on the week of April 24, 2011 and will continue until late August 2011.

* Please note that bulk excavation work will commence the week of April 24, 2011 which will continue until mid-to-late August. The bulk excavation work will result in a large number of trucks coming in and out of our site. To minimize traffic we will continue to use our full time flag man to direct construction vehicles into our site and assist with maintaining a smooth traffic flow. Please note that all construction vehicles will be exiting via our temporary access road which was constructed to minimize the amount of traffic and potential dirt to the Service Road adjacent to Queens Quay Terminal.

We do wish to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do our best to keep a smooth traffic flow.

Please advise your residents and tenants about this planned activity AS APPROPRIATE. For more information about the project, please visit www.waterfrontoronto.ca or www.harbourfrontcentre.ca.
