Please note that the following construction activity is scheduled to commence on Saturday June 11,2011 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. 
 <br /><br />
                *  Please note that in an effort to maintain our project schedule we will have a Scarifier machine on-site working on Saturday June 11, 2011 from  9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The work  will consist of one machine shaving the caisson wall. The activities scheduled for this shift will involve less equipment, resulting in less noise than our normal weekly shifts.

Please note that an exemption to the City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 591 (Noise) was applied for and obtained in March and we will be working to the conditions required by this exemption while making every effort to minimize potential impacts to the local community.  
 <br /><br />
We do wish to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
