Today, Queen’s Quay Terminal stands as one of Toronto’s first conversions of a former industrial building to a mix of commercial, office and residential condominiums. Queen’s Quay Terminal offers the local community and tourists from around the world a selection of Lakeside dining, as well as an Urban Fresh Sobeys food hall.

Queen’s Quay Terminal is home to the Fleck Dance Theatre located on the 3rd floor in the South Atrium, which has a seating capacity of 450.
