See that? That’s my wheelchair, and I’m not in it!

The Disabled Sailing Association of Ontario (DSAO) provides people living with a disability the resources necessary to enjoy the pleasures of sailing.

DSAO operates the Queens Quay Disabled Sailing Program right here on our Waterfront! Relying on donations and support from corporate and private sponsors, the QQDSP hosts programs such as ‘Learn to Sail’ with certified instructors, and offers recreational sailing, racing, regattas, BBQs and social cruises.

There are approximately 100,000 people with disabilities living in Toronto. Those who are members of the QQDSP have an opportunity to leave their disabilities behind and build healthy lifestyles, confidence and self-esteem – all while enjoying the independence and freedom of sailing.

Please contact the QQDSP to donate or to volunteer. The program is fuelled by the kindness and spirit of our community!
