If you’re looking for a fun way to get fit while bonding with your little one, Tribe Fitness’ Baby and Me movement classes offer just that. Each week, the studio holds three distinct takes on pre- and post-natal yoga sessions – HIIT + Flow, Gentle Flow Yoga, and Yoga Ignite — in their relaxing and safe environment. Each class enables caregivers to improve their practice, relieve tension caused by sleepless nights, and, most importantly, connect with their baby.
Baby and Me classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
